Adults: As a dietary supplement, take two capsules twice daily (preferably with morning and evening meals), or as directed by a health care professional.Ingredients
Two capsules contain: Vitamin A (from beta carotene) 750mcg, Vitamin C 500 mg, Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) 5mcg, Vitamin E (from d-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate) 150mg, Riboflavin 25mg, Zinc (from zinc picolinate), 12 mg, Selenium (from selenomethionine) 50 mcg, Chromium (from chromium chloride) 100mcg, Citrus Bioflavonoids Complex (containing 50% total bioflovinoids consisting of flavanones (hesperidin, eriocitrin, naringin and naringenin), flavonols and flavones) 125 mg, N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) 100mg, Taurine 100 mg, Quercetin dihydrate 50 mg, Rutin 50 mg,Lutein (as Lutemax 2020 marigold flower extract) 10mg, Bilberry Fruit Extract (standardized for 25% anthocyanidins) 5 mg, L-Glutathione 5 mg, Zeaxanthin (from Lutemax 2020 marigold flower extract) 2mg.
