Refund policy

Product Return Guidelines:

• All Hanna’s Herb Shop and Kroeger Herb brand name products may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

• All other brand name products must be returned with the safety seal intact within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

• Special orders of any kind are non-refundable.

• Books, DVDs, CDs and card deck purchases are non-refundable if they are not in new condition.

• All refunds are credited to the original payment method

 

In store purchases: We require a store receipt to be able to apply a refund to the original purchase.
