Shipping policy

Hanna's Herb Shop offers shipping with USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the total package and the destination.

All shipping options available for each order are shown at checkout.

All orders placed before 3pm Mountain Time will be shipped the same day (Monday-Friday) as long as there are no special order products as part of the order and there are no other issues with the customer's account, address or payment. Orders placed after 3pm Mountain Time will be shipped the same day if the shipping department is able to, otherwise, they will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday). These are guidelines and not guaranteed. Hanna's Herb Shop will ship out packages as quickly as possible.

Orders $100 or more are shipped free within the United States, with the exception of a small number of products, that do not ship free. These products are listed as "no free shipping." Shipping method for orders that qualify for free shipping is at the discretion of Hanna's Herb Shop.

Orders that are refused, will be charged return shipping fees, deducted in the product refund. If an order that is refused received free shipping originally, shipping fees will be calculated and deducted from the customer's return for both shipping to the customer and for the return shipping due to the refusal.

Shipping charges for regular product returns are the responsibility of the customer.
