Fo-Ti (formerly He Shou Wu)

Fo-Ti, also known as He Shou Wu is widely used in Chinese herbalism as a tonic to promote healthy aging by supporting kidney and liver functions, nourishing the blood, and fortifying the muscles, tendons and bones. All this creates better blood flow to the scalp and provides nourishment to the head, improving hair health and color. He Shou Wu literally translates as "Mr. He’s black hair". It is named for it’s most famous use: helping to address and prevent prematurely graying hair and hair loss.
