Directions
SENSITIVE OR PETITE PEOPLE: Start with 1/2 cap daily for 1 week.
MEN: Take 2-6 caps daily or every other day.
YOUNG AND PERI-MENOPAUSAL WOMEN: 2 caps daily. If necessary, increase to 3 caps daily in the 2nd month.
WOMEN WITH NO PERIOD: Take 2 or 3 caps daily for hot flashes or other menopausal symptoms. Evaluate after 5 days. Increase by 1 to 2 caps a day every 5 days until symptoms are 80% better.
