Directions

Pour freshly boiled water over two teaspoons of tea. Steep for three to five minutes, strain and drink. Add honey or lemon to taste.

Be Kind To Your Kidneys and It's Delicious!

I'm trying to remember how long I've used this KDY tea. More than a decade, back when it was actually called Kidney. It's the second part of my 1-2 program for healthy blood, healthy immune system. When I get that crummy feeling like I'm not really sick but I know my body is struggling with toxins, I make a big pot of water with 2 tbsp LYM (lymph) and 1 tbsp KDY with 3 cups of water to boil. Strain and enjoy with a little organic soy milk to sweeten the pot. Within a couple of hours, I'm good as new. Later in the day, I add 2 more cups water, boil again and enjoy it to the last drop. It's not a daily thing. Just when my body calls for it. So grateful Hanna invented it and these good still make it. It's essential, like breath and water.
