Dear Heavy Metals,

Metals are in our environment constantly and there is not much we can do about it, other than regularly detox. I do other things to detox (spirulina, cilantro, wild blueberries, etc), but sometimes I cannot get all these items into my diet daily, and it's quite easy to reach for these supplements, especially when I travel. I recommend that you take these supplements in addition to the other things you do to detox!
