Directions

Take one drop of Purification of the Heart daily for support in releasing addictions, compulsions, obsessions and other patterns that impede feelings; opening to and containing an expanded range of feelings; and purifying your Heart Center. Take one drop up to three times daily when you are having difficulty accessing your denied feelings and/or are engaged in drama and emotionality. Take one dropperful (10-12 drops) when you are doing particularly challenging 'feeling work' as part of your Spiritual Growth Process and/or feeling Whelmed by your emotions.
