Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 500 mg, Vitamin B-1 (Thiamine) 5 mg, Vitamin B-2 (Riboflavin) 5 mg, Niacin 5 mg, Vitamin B-6 (Pyridoxine) 5 mg, Vitamin B-12 (Cyanocobalamin) 1000 mcg, Pantothenic Acid (Calcium Pantothenate) 490 mg and Calcium (Calcium Pantothenate) in a proprietary base of Licorice Root.  Other ingredients:  Calcium pantothenate, cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, modified cellulose, and vegetable coating.
