For Use As a Dietary Supplement: Take 1/2 (one half) drop per day.  Put one drop in a glass of water and drink half of it, or take according to the directions of your healthcare professional. For intensive use take up to 12 drops in 1/2 glass of water. Do not take this dose on a daily basis. Do not save the water for later use: it will lose its potency. For Use As a Food Sanitizer:  Add 2- 3 drops of Modified Lugol’s Iodine per quart (1 liter) of water.  Completely submerge produce for one minute or more.  Agitate food well.  Rinsing is optional.  Do not save the water for later use: it will lose its potency.
