Bring to a boil on high then turn to medium and let boil for 10-12 minutes (do not remove lid). Let stand for 10-12 hours at room temperature. Heat to scalding then strain. Pour into glass containers with lids. For Adults: measure out 1/2 to 1 oz of tea, drink twice daily.
