Dr. Ohhira's 12 Plus capsules contain a unique biologically active fermented paste which contains 12 strains of lactic acid bacteria (including the potent TH10). The bacteria are fermented for three years in a natural non- dairy medium. This product is vegetarian, non- dairy, enteric coated and is stable at room temperature.
Loading dose for the first 60 capsules: five capsules in the morning and five capsules at bedtime. Best taken on an empty stomach with water. Thereafter: two to four capsules per day, half in the morning and the other half at bedtime. Children under age 6: one capsule daily. Excessive consumption may have a mild laxative effect.
