Methods for Taking Homeopathic remedies

Homeopathic and Vibropathic™ liquids should be taken directly under the tongue or in a small glass of water (distilled is best). If taken under the tongue, make sure you do not touch the dropper to your mouth. Let the remedy slowly dissolve (1-2 minutes). If taken in water, sip the water.

Homeopathic and Vibropathic™ pellets should be taken directly under the tongue. Allow the pellets to dissolve. Pellets should not be touched by your hands. Touching pellets may destroy or alter the vibrational nature of the remedy. You may need to go back and forth between the bottle and the cap to achieve the desired number of pellets. Try not to touch the cap to your mouth to avoid contaminating the remaining pellets in the bottle.
